The RVA Center for Torah Engagement is Richmond's adult Jewish education center. If knowledge is power, then education plays an outsized role in defining our selves and our community.
Education is a lifelong process of engagement, stimulated by curiosity, propelled by questioning, and motivated by the beauty of achieving our highest ideals. To engage in Jewish education is to stretch the mind and cultivate the heart. At every stage of life, we are in the developmental process; learning a new insight or experiencing a Jewish idea can fuel our soul in ways unimaginable.

CTE is proud of RTA's mission to educate our youth, drawing deeply on our mesorah (tradition), with a meaningful impact throughout our broad Richmond Jewish family.​

Through the Bonei Torah Network and the BTN-RTA Fund, CTE is currently working to advance Jewish education of children through promoting RTA's strength and stability.
